Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship across Canada using Canada Post. Where possible, orders are shipped via letter mail at our flat rate pricing as stated at checkout.

Made-to-Order Items Some items may be available to order beyond current stock. Additional units will be handcrafted and may take up to 2 weeks to create before shipping.

Please Note Letter mail does not include tracking. If you require tracking, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
